Yes, we are proud to announce that Dextara is officially an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. With the considerable efforts from our teams in delivering high-quality projects and continually improving business processes, this certificate is a formal recognition of our team’s hard work and efforts in developing the Quality Management System.
ISO 9001 follows several standards to certify an organization based on quality management system (QMS) and related processes. ISO considers these standards while assessing a business or organization and checks if the organization is compliant with quality and security standards while providing each product or service. ISO 9001 is a world-level credit given to certify the QMS standard of a company related to various industries.
To become ISO 9001 compliant, Dextara underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a review of software development, implementation & maintenance processes, an audit, and an initial assessment that was very successful as no non-conformances got identified.
