Regional Sales Manager

  • Responsible for building sales pipeline in the defined territory in US
  • Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets
  • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal
  • Manage and follow up on qualified leads
  • Execute on Dextara’s sales methodology
  • Update and track all activities in CRM
Required Skills/experience:
  • Experience in selling Software Services
  • Experience in selling CPQ solutions or CPQ professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem (Highest preference for Revenue Cloud, CPQ solution selling experience)
  • Experience selling for major SaaS software vendors (Example: Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow) or competed against them in complex selling situations while selling for smaller start-up
  • Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Engage with a consultative sales approach
  • Must be articulate with strong proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
  • Solid work ethic with a “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
  • Ability to leverage a supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
