5+ years of work experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance roles with automation and manual testing experience.
QA Expert in the Salesforce.com platform.
Experience with automation testing.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Owns the QA role throughout all projects by: writing and executing tests (manual and automatic), monitoring test progress, reporting status, logging defects, tracking and testing defect fixes, retesting and delivering
Prioritize and Log bugs in JIRA and track them.
Proficiency with API testing and a capability to team up with software engineers to plan and design system integration tests
Experience in Salesforce object knowledge such as process flows, Lightning.
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.
Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.
In depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing.
