Schedule and participate in strategy meetings. Attend pre-proposal meetings and debriefings as needed.
Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary
Serve as the first point of contact for the business requests: Proposals preparation, RFI / RFP responses,and other sales artifacts creation
Lead preparation of both technical and commercial proposals including engineering effort estimates
Ownership and accountability for end-to-end bid management of deals
Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Delivery, IT, finance and legal throughout the bid cycle
Ability to design and develop Solutions along with delivery and sales SPOC inputs
End to End pursuit management
Ability to articulate executive summary, win themes as part of the proposal
Strong knowledge on pricing models and bench marking
Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on requirements for proposal content by analysing the bid
details, identify win themes, solutioning and associated risks for the project
